Hannah is a professional artist and tutor based in Devon in the south west of England. Her works are inspired by the natural world, taking in the dramatic landscapes of coast and countryside, together with the flora and fauna therein.  At the heart of the  process is a strong focus on light in exposing character and atmosphere – notably through working from life and painting landscapes ‘en plein air’,  enjoying the energy and spontaneity that painting outdoors offers.  Following formal training within a classical atelier, Hannah is also established as a portrait, figurative and animal artist.   She happily flits between mediums, creating artworks in oil, pastel, watercolour and mixed media. 

Original works and prints are available to purchase directly and commissions are welcomed for a variety of subjects including animal portraiture and landscapes.  To date, one of Hannah's most prestigious commissions was that of three times Grand National Winner 'Red Rum'.

Alongside her own art, Hannah runs regular art classes, workshops and demonstrations across Devon and Dorset, together with painting retreats in France.
